Article 22. Formation and revision of the boundaries of electoral districts of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Electoral districts for the election of deputies of the Mazhilis of Parliament in single-mandate territorial electoral districts are formed by the Central Election Commission.
Electoral districts for the election of deputies of maslikhats, akims, and members of other local self-government bodies are formed by territorial election commissions..
2. The list of electoral districts, indicating their boundaries and the locations of territorial election commissions, is published in the relevant mass media by the relevant election commissions no later than ten days after the election is called or announced.
