Article 25. Lists of citizens eligible to participate in the Republican Referendum Constitutional Law A On the Republican Referendum

     The compilation of lists of citizens entitled to participate in a referendum, the inclusion of citizens in them, their appeal against the facts of non-inclusion in the list, incorrect inclusion in the list or exclusion from the list, inaccuracies made in it, as well as ensuring the right of citizens to participate in a referendum when changing their place of residence are carried out in accordance with the rules established by the Constitutional Law of the Republic Kazakhstan "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 1995 No. 2592.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, determines the procedure for the appointment, preparation and conduct of a republican referendum.
