Article 7-1. Public opinion poll of the Constitutional Law and On the Republican Referendum

     The public opinion poll related to the republican referendum should be conducted during its preparation and conduct in accordance with the requirements established by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 1995 No. 2592.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, determines the procedure for the appointment, preparation and conduct of a republican referendum.
