Article 50-3. Voting premises using the electronic electoral system of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. A voting room using an electronic electoral system shall be equipped in such a way that the persons present are provided with visibility of the actions performed during voting using an electronic electoral system, with the exception of voting in the voting booth.

     2. A specialist who has obtained access to the electronic election system service in accordance with the procedure established by the Central Election Commission may be present at the polling station using the electronic election system.
