Article 50-4. Electronic ballot of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. When elections are conducted using an electronic electoral system, voting is carried out using an electronic ballot paper created by means of an electronic electoral system.

     2. The text of the electronic ballot paper is drawn up in the state and Russian languages and must comply with the requirements established by paragraph 1 of Article 37 of this Constitutional Law.
