Article 36. Control over the expenditure of funds allocated for the election campaign of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Control over the expenditure by candidates of funds from the republican budget allocated for election campaigns is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. Control over the expenditure of election funds is carried out by the relevant election commissions and banking institutions.

     3. On the recommendation of the relevant election commissions, specialists of state bodies may be involved in carrying out this control in accordance with their competence.
