Article 116. Electoral districts and election commissions for the election of members of local self-government bodies of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     When electing members of local self-government bodies:

     1) electoral districts are territories of rural and urban local communities where groups of the population live compactly.;

     2) excluded by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 06/29/2018 No. 162-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

     3) the organization and conduct of elections are carried out by precinct election commissions.
