Article 50-6. Counting of votes using the electronic electoral system of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. When using electronic voting, the votes are counted by an electronic election system.
The counting of votes begins at the time established in accordance with this Constitutional Law, but not before the data contained in all voting devices at this polling station is entered into the electronic electoral system.
Information about the vote count must be recorded in the voting data device.
2. Information on the results of electronic voting at the polling station is entered by the electronic system into the electronic protocol, which is certified by electronic digital signatures of the commission members.
A copy of the electronic protocol on paper, signed by members of the election commission, is posted on the premises of the polling station in a specially designated place for public inspection and is in the premises for two days.
3. At the request of the person present at the counting of votes in accordance with this Constitutional Law, he/she is given a copy of the electronic protocol on the results of electronic voting on paper, certified by the signatures of the chairman and secretary of the commission and the seal of the relevant election commission.
