Article 26. Notification of the time and place of voting during the Republican referendum Constitutional Law a On the Republican referendum

     1. The precinct referendum commission notifies citizens of the time and place of voting at least ten days before the voting day.

     2. The texts of the question submitted to the referendum, the draft Constitution, the constitutional law, the law, amendments and additions to them must be posted in a prominent place in the voting room.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, determines the procedure for the appointment, preparation and conduct of a republican referendum.
