Article 34. Entry into force of decisions adopted by the Republican Referendum Constitutional Law a On the Republican Referendum
The Constitution, constitutional laws, laws, amendments and additions thereto, decisions on other issues submitted to a referendum shall enter into force from the date of publication of the official announcement of the results of the referendum, if the Constitution itself, the constitutional law, the law, amendments and additions thereto, in the decision adopted at the referendum, no other deadline has been set.

This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, determines the procedure for the appointment, preparation and conduct of a republican referendum.
