     1. Expenses related to the preparation and conduct of the referendum are made exclusively at the expense of the republican budget.

     2. State bodies, local self-government bodies, as well as organizations, regardless of their form of ownership, shall make available to the referendum commissions the premises, equipment and vehicles necessary for the preparation and conduct of the referendum.

     3. Any direct or indirect participation of international organizations and international public associations, foreign state bodies, legal entities and citizens, stateless persons in financing and other support of events related to the referendum is prohibited.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, determines the procedure for the appointment, preparation and conduct of a republican referendum.
