Article 35. Financing of election events by election commissions of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Financing of electoral events during the elections of the President, deputies of Parliament, maslikhats, as well as members of other local self-government bodies is carried out by the Central Election Commission.

     2. The chairmen of the election commissions manage the funds and are responsible for ensuring that the financial documents comply with the decisions of the election commissions on financial issues.
