Article 15. Competence of central and local executive bodies in the field of State monitoring of property of the Law on State Monitoring of Property in Sectors of the Economy of Strategic Importance
Central and local executive bodies within their competence:
1) provide the authorized body with the information necessary for the implementation of state monitoring of property;
2) at the initiative of the authorized body, representatives are sent to participate in the direct inspection of monitoring facilities, collection and analysis of information related to the subject of state monitoring of property;
3) when exercising their functions, they use data from the state monitoring of property;
4) participate in the formation, modification and (or) addition of lists of objects of economic sectors of strategic importance, in respect of which state property monitoring is carried out;
5) based on the results of the state monitoring of ownership, proposals are submitted to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the development and adjustment of state socio-economic policy, on optimizing the structure of ownership forms in sectors of the economy of strategic importance.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 4, 2003 No. 490.
This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of state monitoring of property in sectors of the economy of strategic importance, and also defines the grounds and conditions for its implementation.
