Article 90. Competence of local executive bodies in the field of state regulation of entrepreneurship of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Local executive bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan carry out:
1) within its competence, the approval of the maximum allowable retail prices for socially significant food products;
2) licensing procedures, receiving notifications in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on permits and notifications;
2-1) conducting an alternative regulatory impact analysis;
2-2) submission of reports on the status of work on regulatory impact analysis to the authorized business body;
2-3) organization and holding of a Single Report Day;
2-4) Is excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 12/30/2022 No. 177-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).
2-5) Is excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 12/30/2022 No. 177-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).
3) in the interests of local government, other powers assigned to local executive bodies by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
