Article 156-1. The rights and duties of an assistant to a private bailiff of the Law on Enforcement Proceedings and the Status of Bailiffs
1. According to the adopted procedural decision of the private bailiff and his instructions, an assistant to a private bailiff may, within the framework of enforcement proceedings,:
1) prepare drafts of procedural and other documents of enforcement proceedings, including in the state automated information system of enforcement proceedings;
2) to deliver and hand over to the parties to the enforcement proceedings subpoenas, notices and other documents;
3) invite the parties to the enforcement proceedings, third parties and conduct negotiations with them on the execution of enforcement documents in the proceedings of a private bailiff;
4) in the presence of a private bailiff, enter the premises and vaults occupied or owned by the debtor, as well as other persons, if there is information about the presence of property belonging to the debtor.
2. An assistant to a private bailiff is obliged to prevent violations of the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities in his activities.
