Article 50. The procedure for termination of an employment contract by agreement of the parties to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 50. The procedure for termination of an employment contract by agreement of the parties to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

     1. The employment contract may be terminated by agreement of the parties.

     2. The party to the employment contract, who has expressed a desire to terminate the employment contract by agreement of the parties, sends a notification to the other party to the employment contract.  

     The party receiving the notification is obliged to inform the other party in writing about the decision within three working days.

     The date of termination of the employment contract by agreement of the parties is determined by agreement between the employee and the employer.

     3. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05/04/2020 No. 321-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).
