Article 91. Calculation of the length of service when providing paid annual leave of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

     The length of service for granting paid annual leave includes:

     1) actual time worked;

     2) the time when the employee did not actually work, but retained his place of work (position) and salary in whole or in part;

     3) the time when the employee actually did not work due to temporary disability, including the time spent on maternity leave;

     4) the time when the employee actually did not work before being reinstated.
