Article 32. International cooperation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of defense Chapter 7. Final provisions The Law on Defense and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 32. International cooperation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of defense Chapter 7. Final provisions The Law on Defense and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan

      1. Cooperation of the Republic of Kazakhstan with other states to ensure joint defense against aggression, maintain peace and security is built in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The Armed Forces, based on the decision of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan, adopted in accordance with the Constitution, fulfill international obligations to maintain peace and security.

      3. Military personnel of the Armed Forces who participated directly in the fulfillment of international obligations to maintain peace and security outside the Republic of Kazakhstan and participated in hostilities, the period of such participation is determined in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 7, 2005 No. 29.

     This Law regulates public relations in the field of organization of defense and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the functions and powers of state bodies in ensuring the country's defense capability, the rights and obligations of citizens and organizations in the field of defense.
