Article 71. The competence of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the application of the Law on the State Border of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the protection of the State Border
Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan when used to protect the State Border:
1) participate in monitoring the crossing of the State Border in the underwater environment;
2) assist the Border Guard Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the implementation of anti-submarine, including underwater sabotage defense in the interests of the security of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) exercise other powers provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 16, 2013 No. 70-V.
This Law regulates public relations in the field of protection of the State border of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
