Article 14 of the Law on State Awards of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The Aibyn Order is awarded to military personnel of the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations, as well as employees of special state and law enforcement agencies, civil protection agencies and the State courier service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.:
- for the successes achieved in combat training, maintaining high combat readiness of troops and mastering new military equipment, ensuring legality and public order;
- for the courage and dedication shown in the performance of
military and official duties, as well as for deeds performed in defense of the interests of the state.
The Order of Aybin consists of three degrees:
- "Aybyn" of the first degree named after Sagadat Nurmagambetov;
- "Aybin" of the II degree named after Bauyrzhan Momyshuly;
- "Aybin" of the III degree named after Rakhimzhan Koshkarbayev.
The Orders of "Aybin" of the first degree named after Sagadat Nurmagambetov and II degree named after Bauyrzhan Momyshuly are awarded to persons of junior, senior and senior officers.
The highest degree of the order is the First degree. Awards are made sequentially: II degree and I degree.
Soldiers, sailors, sergeants, and petty officers are awarded the Order of "Aybin" III degree named after Rahimzhan Koshkarbayev.
