Article 31-1. Restricted area and restricted area The Law on Defense and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. A restricted zone is established in order to ensure fire safety of arsenals, bases and warehouses of the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations.

     The presence of individuals, construction and carrying out of any work are not allowed on the territory of the restricted zone, with the exception of work carried out in order to ensure anti-sabotage and fire safety.

     The boundary of the forbidden zone territory is determined in accordance with the rules for the establishment of forbidden zones and forbidden areas.

     2. A restricted area is established in order to ensure the anti-sabotage security of arsenals, bases and warehouses of the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations, as well as the safety of the population, buildings and structures located in adjacent territories.

     The construction of buildings and structures, economic and other activities not related to the direct operation of arsenals, bases and warehouses of the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations, the firing of firearms, the use of pyrotechnic substances and products, the installation of shooting ranges (shooting ranges) and stands, the use of aircraft, including including unmanned aircraft, as well as the use of means, systems, devices and equipment for surveillance, audio- and video recordings, photographs, transmission of information, except in cases stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     The boundary of the territory of a restricted area is determined in accordance with the rules for the establishment of restricted areas and restricted areas.

     This Law regulates public relations in the field of organization of defense and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the functions and powers of state bodies in ensuring the country's defense capability, the rights and obligations of citizens and organizations in the field of defense.
