Article 137-1. Guest family of the Marriage (Matrimony) and Family Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The basis for the transfer of a child to a guest family is an agreement on the transfer of a child to a guest family concluded between persons wishing to accept a child into a guest family and the organization where the child is located, the body performing the functions of guardianship or guardianship, at the child's place of residence.  

     A guest family can accommodate several orphaned children, children left without parental care.  

     2. The regulations on the guest family are approved by the authorized body in the field of protection of children's rights of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
