Article 118-1. Requirements for the formation and use of the Republican Database of the Code on Marriage (Matrimony) and Family of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The Republican data bank is formed by the bodies performing guardianship or trusteeship functions, local executive bodies of districts, cities of regional significance, regions, cities of republican significance, the capital at the location of orphaned children, children left without parental care, and the authorized body in the field of protection of children's rights of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The information contained in the Republican Database is the state electronic digital resources.

     The bodies performing guardianship or trusteeship functions, local executive bodies of districts, cities of regional significance, regions, cities of republican significance, the capital and the authorized body in the field of protection of children's rights of the Republic of Kazakhstan are obliged to take measures to protect state electronic digital resources.
