Article 73-1. The right of grandfathers, grandmothers, brothers and sisters to communicate with the child About marriage (matrimony) and family

     1. Grandfathers, grandmothers, brothers and sisters have the right to communicate with the child.

     2. In case of refusal of the parents (one of them) from providing the child's grandparents, brothers and sisters with the opportunity to communicate with them, the dispute is resolved by the body performing the functions of guardianship or guardianship, in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body in the field of protection of children's rights of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     In case of disagreement with the decision of the body performing the functions of guardianship or trusteeship, the dispute is resolved through mediation or by a court with the participation of the body performing the functions of guardianship or trusteeship.
