Article 9. Conditions of marriage (matrimony) of the Marriage (Matrimony) and Family Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Marriage requires the free and full consent of a man and a woman entering into marriage and their reaching the age of marriage.

     2. Marriage (matrimony) may not be entered into in the presence of the circumstances specified in Article 11 of this Code.
