Article 282. The procedure for the application of this Code of the Code on Marriage (Matrimony) and Family of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 282. The procedure for the application of this Code of the Code on Marriage (Matrimony) and Family of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. This Code applies to legal relations that have arisen after its entry into force.  

     2. Adoption agencies accredited in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan prior to the date of entry into force of the provisions of subitems 8), 9) and 10) of paragraph 2 of Article 112 of this Code are required to submit relevant obligations to the authorized body for the protection of children's rights of the Republic of Kazakhstan within one year from the date of entry into force of the provisions of these subitems.  

     3. Upon expiration of the period specified in paragraph 2 of this Article, adoption agencies that have not submitted obligations in accordance with the requirements of the provisions of subparagraphs 8), 9) and 10) of paragraph 2 of Article 112 of this Code, cease their activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
