Article 180. Rules and procedure for State registration of acts of civil status of the Marriage (Matrimony) and Family Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The rules of state registration of acts of civil status, as well as the procedure for mutual information of those entering into marriage about their state of health and marital status, explanations of their rights and obligations as future spouses and parents are established in accordance with this Code.

     2. The procedure for organizing the state registration of acts of civil status, making changes, corrections, additions, cancellation and restoration of acts of civil status is developed and approved by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
