Article 124. The rights of orphaned children, children left without parental care and who are in educational, medical and other organizations of the Marriage (Matrimony) and Family Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Orphans, children left without parental care and who are in educational, medical and other organizations, along with the rights provided for in Articles 60-62 and 67 of this Code, also have the right to:
1) maintenance, upbringing, education, comprehensive development, respect for their human dignity, ensuring their interests;
2) alimony, allowances and other social benefits due to them;
3) retention of ownership of the dwelling and other property and (or) the right to use the dwelling and other property;
3-1) obtaining housing in case of its absence in accordance with the housing legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) employment assistance provided by local executive bodies.
2. The protection of the rights of graduates of these organizations is entrusted to the bodies performing guardianship or trusteeship functions.
